What our two siteS have in common
- Reports on soil, construction conditions and location of buildings have been prepared for all sites. The zoning of the sites is complete.
- A risk assessment prepared according to the Uptime Institute, ISO 22237 and EN-50600-2 for data center use has been completed.
- Fiber connection to the Russian border, Frankfurt, Stockholm, and Helsinki. RTD estimation to Frankfurt is 23,5 ms.
- Up to 200 MW of electrical power is available for the areas. Fingrid substations are located 400 meters from the areas.
- Reliable energy supply duplicated, directly connected to Fingrid’s (Finnish National Grid) network, which ensures uninterrupted electricity supply.
- Direct air cooling or cooling with lake water is possible.
- Proximity to district heating network Site I and Site II.
- An RD project related to heat storage is underway in the area.
